Onboarding 10 founders this quarter

A custom chief of staff,
built by hand for you.

Overnight it reads your email and calendar, drafts the replies you owe, and hands you one short briefing. Not another app to manage — a service we build around how you actually run your company.

Your 7am

This is what arrives

One email, written to be read in three minutes, on a phone. It opens with what your agent already did, then gives you only what needs you.

SubjectFounder Mode — Tuesday, October 6
Good morning, Robert.

Four replies drafted while you slept — Diane Park, Priya Raman, Marcus Chen and Jenna Morales — plus a 90-minute hold on Wednesday. The one thing only you can do: approve Sarah Lindqvist’s revised offer before it expires at 5:00 pm.

Today
  • Due 5:00 pmApprove the revised offer for Sarah Lindqvist, VP Sales. She holds a competing offer that expires today. Email
  • Send Diane Park the final Q3 bookings before Thursday’s board pre-read. She is building the deck around them. Drafted. Email
  • Give Marcus Chen a decision on the Kestrel pilot by Thursday. His engineering team is on hold until then. Email
Schedule
11:30Brightwater Health — renewal review Calendar 1:00Lunch with Tom Whitfield, Alder Ridge Capital Calendar
The Brightwater invite has no agenda; your draft to Priya asks for one. The call ends at 12:30, which leaves 30 minutes to get to lunch.
Meeting preparation
11:30  Brightwater Health — renewal review
Priya Raman, VP Operations · Daniel Okafor, CFO (joined in August)
Context
Brightwater announced a $40M Series C on September 22 to open three regional sites. Priya asked about multi-year pricing on September 29 and has had no reply.
Objective
Move the renewal to a two-year term. Daniel now owns the budget, so frame the numbers for him.
Angle
Ask Daniel which of the three new sites opens first. It turns a renewal into an expansion plan, and a two-year term follows from it.
Work first, words second

The opening line is what your agent already did. Then the single thing only you can do.

Three actions, not thirty

Ranked by who is waiting on you and what gets more costly with time. It does not repeat what you have passed on.

Research, not a summary

It reads up on the outside people in your meetings and gives you a question you would not have thought to ask.

Before you wake up

It does the work before it reports it

A list of what is waiting is just another inbox. Your agent handles what it can, then tells you what is left.

  • Drafts your replies

For the people waiting on you, up to five each morning, written in your voice. They wait in your Drafts folder. Nothing is sent.

  • Writes the follow-ups

When someone has not answered you and it matters, it drafts the note that restarts the conversation.

  • Researches your meetings

Outside attendees and their companies: funding, news, role changes, and where your last exchange ended.

  • Protects your week

Flags the meeting with no agenda and the day with no buffer, and holds the time you need to prepare.

Calendar changes only if you allow them.

Built for you

No two agents are alike

We start with a conversation about your week, then build your agent around it: which days you are briefed, what it may leave out, who it drafts for, how it speaks. You correct it, and it stays corrected.

A founder with a co-founder

His briefing leaves out every thread his COO already owns, so it only shows what reaches him.

A deal-driven CEO

Hers opens with the chasers written overnight, because her day turns on who has gone quiet.

A technical founder

His watches five repositories and reports shipped work only when it changes a customer answer.

Privacy

Your inbox stays yours

You are giving an AI agent access to your email. Here is what that means, in plain terms.

We never see your password

You approve access yourself, on your own screen, on a short call.

It never sends email as you

Replies wait in your Drafts folder. The only email it sends is your briefing, to you.

Your email never trains AI

Anthropic, which runs the AI, does not train on it and deletes it within 30 days.

You can cut off access in one click

From your Google or Microsoft account settings, at any time.

Leave whenever you like, and we delete everything we hold. Your mailbox, calendar and tasks stay exactly as they are. They were always yours.

Fit

Who this is for

Each agent is built by hand, so we take on 10 founders a quarter and say no to the rest.

A good fit
  • Your day runs on email and calendar

What lands in your inbox and what sits on your calendar decides how your day goes.

  • You will hand over real access

The agent earns its keep by reading your actual mail, not a summary of it.

  • You will say when it is wrong

The first weeks are tuning. Your corrections are what make month six better than month one.

Not a fit
  • Software you set up yourself

There is no self-serve version, no free trial and no app to install.

  • A tool for the whole team

One agent serves one person. It is your chief of staff, not a shared inbox.

  • Something you want running tomorrow

We build it with you, test it privately, and tune it before it ever reaches your inbox.

By application

Tell us about your mornings

We reply personally to every founder. If we are a fit, the next step is a conversation about your week.
